H2 - portfolio
This page is dedicated to the second chapter of my graphic design student portfolio, developed during Hovedforløb 2. With this portfolio, I continued building on the skills from H1 while pushing myself creatively through two new formats: a printed product catalogue and a stop-motion video for social media.
Here, you’ll find a print concept designed for inspiration-driven shopping and a playful motion piece made to grab attention online. This graphic design student portfolio shows not only how my technical skills were growing, but also how my visual language was becoming more refined and consistent. Each project was an opportunity to explore new tools, styles, and storytelling methods.

Printed product
Project: Carpet Catalogue for Daells Bolighus
Core competencies used: Graphic Design, Typography, Image Editing
Programs used: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
For my printed project, I designed a carpet catalogue for Daells Bolighus that leaned into mood and inspiration rather than just product sales. I wanted to create something visually soft and inviting—something that felt more like a lifestyle magazine than a traditional retail catalogue.
The layout features large, atmospheric images paired with clean typography and a subtle color palette. I used grid systems and typographic hierarchy to keep the structure clear and readable, while still allowing the visuals to breathe. Paragraph styles and carefully considered spacing helped create consistency across all spreads.
The catalogue design was influenced by existing Daells sofa brochures and supplier materials, but I aimed to take it a step further—giving it a more editorial feel that elevates both the visuals and the product storytelling.
Digital product
Project: Stop-motion video for social media
Core competencies used: Graphic Production Understanding
Programs used: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder
For the digital part of the portfolio, I created a stop-motion video aimed at social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The focus was on Daells Bolighus’ Seoul storage boxes, and I wanted to present the product in a fun and scroll-stopping way.
Using a mobile setup in the photo studio, I captured each frame in sequence—keeping the process flexible, efficient, and easy to manage in post-production. After capturing the visuals, I brought them to life using After Effects. Audio adjustments and timing refinements were done in Premiere Pro, and I used Media Encoder to optimize the export for each platform.
Bitrate management was a key part of this process—I wanted to make sure the video quality remained high while keeping the file size compact enough for online use. The end result is a playful, polished video designed to perform well across digital platforms.
